Printer status: setup incomplete because of a metered connection. i have windows 10 pro running on pc: hp pavilion hpe. i use a usb connection between my pc and my printer.. I completed the tutorial on manual printer installation then got a message "setup incomplete because of a metered connection... this all started when the computer was turned off during a printing job.. Repeated attempts to install are incomplete because of a message 'install incomplete because of a metered connection'. do not understand metered connection relationship to this problem. the blue light is always flashing..
